Kripalu Yoga is often named ”Meditation in Motion,” which is to say that with conscious breathing and focused awareness,
you create a connection to yourself. During a Kripalu Yoga experience, I will guide you to move at your own pace, honoring
your body’s needs in each moment. Kripalu Yoga develops the body, mind and spirit in a compassionate and non-judgmental
way. The combination of total self-acceptance, with a willingness to open into untapped places within yourself, brings
you an opportunity to grow and learn. In a typical class session, which includes meditation, warm-ups, yoga postures and
relaxation, we explore the concept of “Yoga Off the Mat.” This means that what shows up on the yoga mat often mirrors
patterns in our daily lives. Those insights gained through the wisdom of the body, empower us to transform and grow.
