Pilates is an exercise system that is designed to strengthen and lengthen your body. In a session or class, I will take you
through a series of exercises and movements that will focus on your core musculature, which includes your stomach, back,
buttocks, arms, and legs. Using a powerful combination of breath awareness and coordinated movements, you’ll experience an
overall sense of well being. Most people can expect to see a total change in their body, sometimes in as little as 10
sessions. I will personalize a program for you that will be both safe and designed to accommodate your level of ability.
